Most of the work we carry out is for building companies and property developers. As such, we have vast experience meeting the needs of different sites, projects, schedules and budgets.
Our sand, cement and fibre screed is the most popular option among our clients, being highly effective and suitable for a broad range of projects. However, we also provide specialist floor screed for specific requirements. This includes heavy-duty and polymer screeds.
Fibre screed is a sand and cement screed modified with plastic fibres. As with all our screeding services, we mix fibre screeding on site and pump it onto the floor slab using one of our specialist pumps. The depth of this screed ranges from 50mm upwards.

Our screeding company uses top-of-the range machines which we regularly service and maintain. This is key to achieving a quality finish across all our screeding services. However, delivering industry-standard results also requires expert knowledge and skill.
The team at Specialist Screeding Ltd shares over 60 years of experience and our screeders are NVQ Level 2 qualified in floor screeding. They also hold CSCS cards. Consequently, our clients in the Slough and Aylesbury areas have total confidence in the quality of their workmanship.
We lay fibre screeding by hand, using laser levels to ensure the surface is as flat and level as possible. Our screeding company offers a start to completion service, covering a site survey, floor preparation, priming, screed laying and finishing. Depending on size, we either hand trowel or power float the surface for a more durable finish.
If you are working to tight time restraints, we can provide a quick-drying additive which we add to the screed during the onsite mixing process.
